Our Why
Our mission is give girls equal opportunity to play and stay in sports! We have seen how formative sports have been in our own lives, and we want to share that experience with girls. We chose to offer an exclusive all-girls sports camp where girls can feel free to be themselves and realize that being athletes and playing sports is something they can enjoy, too!

Our campers get the chance to be coached by a qualified all female coaching staff made up of former collegiate athletes, current collegiate athletes, and current high school and club coaches who are passionate about sharing their love of their sport with YOUR kids. You won't get this anywhere else!

We also partner with the Child Protection Center who offers 30-minute empowerment workshops for kids. The daily workshops promote player safety and build confidence. All workshops are "child-appropriate" and designed for kids 4+ years old.
An example of some of the workshop topics we have at camp:
-
Stress Management
-
Bullying Prevention
-
Recognizing and Responding to Unsafe Touch
-
Internet Safety Tips
-
Building Self Worth and Value
-
Character Building
In addition to workshops, we bring in female guest speakers to share their love for their sport or athletic career with the campers. We've had referrees, athletic trainers, professional body builders, current DI atheltes, and other professional athletes and career-women come in and inspire the girls!
wHAT'S summer cAMP LOOK LIKE?
Each day, campers will get to learn and play at least 2 sports and spend time inside and outside.

Campers will be grouped by in similar age groups for our sports sessions, and rotate through skill and competition stations.

All athletes will be on either the PINK team or PURPLE team, and compete within their age groups to win points for their team. The points span across all grades, making it fun and competitive, yet part of a collaborative large group experience within the camp.

Our focus is to have FUN experiencing and learning about different sports through hands on experience, quality instruction, games, and more.
